Do I need meditation experience to join a group class?
Not at all. Group classes are open to everyone, whether youāre completely new to meditation or already have a personal practice. Youāll be gently guided throughout the session.
What is the difference between group sessions and 1:1 sessions?
Group sessions offer the added support of shared presence and community, while 1:1 sessions are more personalized. Both provide guided practices and a safe space to rest.
How many people are in each group?
Groups are intentionally kept small to maintain a sense of intimacy, safety, and connection.
Are group classes held online or in person?
All group classes are currently held virtually, allowing participants to join from anywhere while still feeling connected.
